RETAIL merchandise returns policy

If you have changed your mind about a retail merchandise product purchased from one of our retail outlets; we will be happy to help. Simply visit one of our shops at the Resort within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange; ensuring the below criteria are met:

  • The product is in the original packaging & in a resalable condition
  • The product is unused, undamaged and unopened with all contents intact
  • Provide the original itemised receipt when returning the product

If you do not have a receipt, please provide proof or purchase (e.g. from a bank statement) and we will offer an exchange only.

If you are unable to visit our stores in person to return the product, please contact our Customer Services team -  www.legoland.co.uk/about-us/contact-us/. We are unable to refund any postage costs if you are returning or exchanging an item due to a change of mind.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is faulty, on the following items:

  • Personalised items (including engraved keychains, lunch boxes, photographs etc)
  • Gift cards
  • Goldwash medals
  • Sale items
  • Pick-a-Brick
  • Build-a-minifigure
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear & towels

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.
