Before You Visit

  • Book your tickets in advance to save up to 40% compared to the gate price. Print your tickets at home to avoid queues upon arrival.

  • Measure your child’s height and plan the rides and attractions you want to visit by checking our ride restrictions guide here.

  • Any scheduled closures will be communication via our website. Head to the Ride Availability webpage to double check before you arrive.

  • Download the free LEGOLAND App which will help you plan your day. Ride queue times, show times, retail and dining information and special activities are all available to access via the app.

  • Plan to arrive nice and early – our turnstiles open at 9:30am and you can enjoy The Beginning area and LEGO® Star Wars Miniland before the majority of our rides & attractions open from 10am.

On Arrival

  • We operate bag searches upon entry. Please ensure you are not in possession of any glass, bottle openers, sharp objects or alcohol. Our Security team will search all bags upon arrival before guests head into The Beginning area.
  • Prepaid tickets holders can head straight to the turnstiles for quick and easy entry.
  • Celebrating a birthday? Head to Guest Services to add a name to the birthday board and collect a free birthday badge!
  • Maps are available to collect from our Admissions team, or available to view on the LEGOLAND App.
  • Follow these easy steps to connect to WiFi during your visit:

    • Check your device has WiFi switched to ‘on’
    • Select ‘LEGOLAND Windsor’ from the available WIFI network list
    • Open your browser and follow the on screen instructions to register or log on.

During The Day

  • Looking to beat the queues on peak days? Head towards Knights Kingdom, Pirate Shores and Kingdom of the Pharaohs and work backwards through the Park. You could also save some of our more popular rides like The Dragon and Atlantis Submarine Voyage until later in the afternoon when the Park winds down.
  • If you come across a ride that has had to close, please be assured our teams are working really hard to reopen it as soon as possible. Head to the App to see which attractions are nearby that you can enjoy in the meantime. To help reduce ride downtime throughout your visit, make sure you follow all instructions from the ride operator and stay seated throughout the ride.

  • There’s a variety of attractions little builders can enjoy at the Resort. You’ll find more information in this handy guide.
  • Looking for relief from the queues during peak periods? Take a stroll around Miniland and check out the fun facts that are dotted around the area. You can head up to the Model Making Studio to see how the models are made too! Pop into the LEGO Reef to create a LEGO fish and watch it swim across the wall. Watch out for Shark Guy, he comes by the Reef for meet and greets throughout the day too!

  • Get popping! POP Badges are available with every child’s meal bought on Park and in challenges throughout the year. Look out for POP Badges on staff lanyards and ask to swap to collect your favourites. Look out on our social channels for updates on POP Badge Challenges.

  • Head to a show! There are Pirates, LEGO Friends and Puppets performing across the Resort. Download the App for show times and get ready to join in – they all love a bit of audience participation.

  • Avoid the shop queues with our Buy Now Collect Later service. You can make any purchases early on in the day and collect them at Shopper Services in The BIG Shop later on in the day. If you are staying at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort hotel we can even send them directly to the hotel so they will be ready and waiting for you after a full day of adventure.

  • Filming is taking place for a documentary series on Channel 5 about the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. If you have any questions or you do not wish to be identified in the final broadcast, please email or call 0759 3011 061

Heading Home

  • The LEGO Big Shop can get very busy at the end of the day. The store is much quieter between 12pm - 4pm so we would recommend heading there between these times. Any purchases can be stored in Shopper Services for collection later on.
  • Stay a little later to avoid the traffic by enjoying a meal at one of our restaurants. You could take dinner to-go; City Walk Pizza Pasta offers a takeaway option, available 4pm - 5pm (Mon-Fri), 4pm - 6pm (Weekends). Head here for more information on pricing and dietary requirements.

  • Don’t forget to share your visit with us at one of our Touch Screen Survey Points, on TripAdvisor or on social media, using the hashtag #LEGOLANDWindsor.

  • On leaving the Resort, turn right on the roundabout to avoid local traffic. Directions to the M4 and M25 are signposted.
