Retail Merchandise Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind about a retail merchandise product purchased from one of our retail outlets; we will be happy to help. Simply visit one of our shops at the Resort within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange; ensuring the below criteria are met:

  • The product is in the original packaging & in a resalable condition
  • The product is unused, undamaged and unopened with all contents intact
  • Provide the original itemised receipt when returning the product

If you do not have a receipt, please provide proof or purchase (e.g. from a bank statement) and we will offer an exchange only.

If you are unable to visit our stores in person to return the product, please contact our Customer Services team here. We are unable to refund any postage costs if you are returning or exchanging an item due to a change of mind.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is faulty, on the following items:

  • Personalised items (including engraved keychains, lunch boxes, photographs etc)
  • Gift cards
  • Goldwash medals
  • Sale items
  • Pick-a-Brick
  • Build-a-minifigure
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear & towels

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is part of Merlin Entertainments Group Limited. This policy only applies to products purchased from LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. 

Covid-19 – Information for Guests

The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is currently closed. We’re working hard to make sure that when we are able to reopen, it will be in safest way possible and we’ll be sharing more information about our reopening plans soon.

Have a short break booked before 3rd July 2020? We can move your stay date with no extra cost!
For guests with short breaks arriving up to and including 3rd July 2020, we have relaxed our usual terms and conditions so you can now reschedule your break to another date in the 2020 season with no additional cost*. Please click here to rearrange your booking.

Have a park ticket booked before 3rd July 2020?
If you have a park ticket for dates up to and including 3rd July 2020 your ticket will be valid for use during the 2020 season, which runs until 1st November, and no further action is required. Your ticket will be valid for use on selected dates depending on the date it was originally purchased for - please click the link below for more details.
